At Elysium Essence, we value your satisfaction and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Below is our policy on returns, refunds, and replacements:
1. Eligibility for Returns

Return Window:
You may return unused candles in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date you received your order. -
Condition of Items:
- Candles must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when they arrived.
- We do not accept returns for candles that have been lit, partially burned, or otherwise altered from their original state.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized candles (if offered).
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale (if specified as such at checkout).
2. Damaged or Defective Products

Carrier Damage:
- If your candles arrive damaged due to shipping, please take photos of the damaged package and product immediately.
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@elysium-essence.com with your order number and the photos.
- We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for any products damaged by the carrier.

Manufacturing Defects:
- While we take pride in our hand-poured candles, defects can occasionally occur. If you suspect a manufacturing defect, please contact us right away with clear photos and a description of the issue.
- Upon reviewing, we will replace or refund defective items at our discretion.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us First:
- Before sending anything back, please email info@elysium-essence.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Return Shipping Costs:
- Unless the item was damaged in transit or there was an error on our part, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
4. Refund Process

- Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they are unused and in original condition.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if products are returned used, incomplete, or damaged by the customer.

- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used when placing the order.
- Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We only replace candles if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please follow the steps under Damaged or Defective Products.
