2. Shipping Rates
- Flat Shipping Rate: We offer a flat shipping rate of 15 EUR for all orders, regardless of weight or destination within the countries listed above.
3. Delivery Times
- Within Greece: Orders typically arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of Europe: Orders generally arrive 5–9 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to external factors such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or local courier delays. We do our best to ensure timely shipping and will keep you informed if any unexpected delays occur.
4. Duties and Taxes
- EU Shipments: If you’re located within the European Union, you will not be charged additional duties or import taxes upon receiving your order.
- Non-EU European Countries: For countries outside the EU (e.g., United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, etc.), any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you’re unsure about the potential fees, please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
5. Order Processing and Dispatch
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.
- Processing Time: We typically process orders within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
